Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern sales of products and memberships from Nautiland and on the website www.nautiland.net

These terms and conditions apply automatically and without restriction to all online sales made on the Nautiland website.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The purchase of Nautiland products and memberships by the customer implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the rules and regulations of the water park. The company that manages Nautiland reserves the right to change the applicable prices at any time without prior notice.

The customer will receive confirmation of their purchase by email. No order processing fees or credit/debit card administration fees are applied.

In accordance with Article L.121-20-4 2o of the consumer code, the seven-day cancellation period provided for under Article L.121-20 of that code shall not apply in the present case.

ARTICLE 1 : PRICES

The prices of products and Nautiland memberships shall be stated in euros, inclusive of taxes.

ARTICLE 2: PERIOD OF VALIDITY

The prices of Nautiland products are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase (except for monthly and quarterly memberships) and may not be reimbursed or compensated under any circumstances. After the expiry date, products can be renewed upon payment of a supplement (subject to the prices applicable at the time of renewal).

ARTICLE 3 : PAYMENT

Only one payment method is accepted per order: credit/debit card. This allows you to buy your Nautiland products and memberships online immediately and securely. Cards accepted for ticket sales are: Carte Bleue, Mastercard/Eurocard and Visa.

You can view your order history in your personal account area of the website.

ARTICLE 4 : SECURE PAYMENTS

Our site is covered by a security system: the 3D SECURE encryption process with a text message sent to the purchaser to confirm payment. The number of the credit/debit card that you type when paying for your Nautiland products and memberships is not circulated unencrypted on the Internet and is not communicated to the company that manages Nautiland, only to the online payment site that manages the transaction.

ARTICLE 5 : PERSONAL DATA

Any personal details that you provide during a transaction are stored in your personal account by the ticket sales software. This data allows your transaction to be completed correctly and for you to be contacted, if possible, in the event of cancellation or modification of the date or time for which you have booked. This will allow you to reconnect to your personal account using your details at any time, so that you can view your purchase history or order other Nautiland products or memberships. The company that manages Nautiland undertakes not to sell your data.

In line with the “Informatique et libertés” law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access your customer file. You can approach Nautiland to view or amend your details. You can also erase all your personal data.

ARTICLE 6 : VALIDITY

You declare that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions before submitting your order. Validation of your order therefore implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise proven, the data recorded by Nautiland constitutes proof of all transactions made between Nautiland and its customers.

ARTICLE 7 : FORCE MAJEURE

Nautiland may not be held responsible for any non-performance resulting from a failure to follow procedure by the purchaser or any third party outside the service or an instance of force majeure accepted as such by the rulings of French courts or tribunals.

ARTICLE 8 : APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

The ticket sales referred to in these terms and conditions are governed by current French law.

Two possibilities:

  • Any dispute relating to the interpretation and/or the execution of these conditions must, in the first instance and as far as possible, be resolved by means of an out-of-court settlement.
  • Any dispute relating to the purchase or use of a ticket must be brought to the attention of Nautiland by registered letter to the following address: Nautiland, 8 rue des Dominicains, 67500 Haguenau, France

Where no out-of-court settlement is possible, any dispute must be brought before the relevant courts.
